Volume 73. Metal and Ammonium Formate Systems, p None

Source Publication

Chaplygina, N. M.; Itkina, L. S.; Russ. J. Inorg. Chem. 29, 1518-9 (1984).

Conditions:

Room Temp: Composition at 50 °C

Compilers:

St. Trendafilova, Chr. Balarew

Methodology:

The isothermal method was used. Three weeks were allowed for equilibration. The lithium content of both phases was determined by flame photometry. The aluminum content was determined complexometrically. The composition of the solid phases was determined by Schreinemakers' method, by IR spectroscopy, DT analysis and X-ray diffraction.

Sample Information:
  1. Aluminum formate was prepared as described earlier [1], and so was lithium formate [2].
Measurement Errors:

Ambient temperature: No information is given.
Mass concentration (m/v) (1): No information is given.
