Original Measurements

Lafyatis, D. S.; Scott, L. S.; Trampe, D. M.; Eckert, C. A.; Ind. Eng. Chem. Res. 28, 585-90 (1989).

Variables:

Room Temp: 323 - 363 $\pu{K}$

Prepared by:

V.P. Sazonov

Method/Apparatus/Procedure:

The analytical method was used. The two partially miscible components were placed in the equilibration cell in approximately equal volumes, and the mixture was stirred for at least 15 min. The stirring was then stopped and the mixture allowed to separate into two phases for at least 15 min. Samples of each phase were taken and analyzed by gas chromatography.
