Source Publication

Ohtsuka, K.; Kazama, K.; Sen't Seihin Shohi Kagaku Kaishi 22, 197-201 (1982).

Conditions:

Room Temp: 298 $\pu{K}$

Compiler:

A.L. Horvath

Methodology:

Water was added gradually to 50 mL cis-1,2-dichloroethene in a flask and it was lowered into a thermostat bath. The flask was then shaken vigorously until the first cloud (turbidity) appeared. The water content in the sample was determined by the Karl Fischer titration method.

Sample Information:
  1. Distilled (compiler).
  2. Commercial JIS extra pure solvent, further purified by conventional methods.
Measurement Errors:

Ambient temperature: ±0.5 K (compiler).
Mass concentration (m/v) (1): Not specified.
