Conditions:

Room Temp: 297 - 366 $\pu{K}$
Pressure: 0.4 - 1.2 atm $\pu{atm}$

Compiler:

A.L. Horvath

Methodology:

The saturation of 1,1,2-trichloro-1,2,2-tri-fluoroethane in aqueous salt solution was performed in a steel vessel during 10 hours. The mixture was stirred and left to stand for 7 hours before the gas chromatographic analysis. The chromatograph was equipped with an electron capture detector. The determination of the solubility at a given condition was repeated five to six times. Further details are available [1].

Sample Information:
  1. Samples from du Pont, purity not given.
  2. Source and purity not given.
  3. Distilled.
Measurement Errors:

Ambient temperature: ±0.5 K.
Mass concentration (m/v) (1): ±3.6% std. dev.
