<method>The titrations were carried out in well stoppered volumetric flasks in order to check for loss due to vaporization. Shaking after each addition of water was done in an ultrasonic shaker for at least 30 min. The contents were equilibrated in a thermostat. The final end point was determined when a second phase appeared and the volume of the water added was noted. Each titration was repeated at least three times to check the reproducibility of the results.</method>
