<method>Constant temperature bath, thermometer, and an ultraviolet spectrophotometer.<br>Excess solute and solvent placed in closed glass bottles, mixed at room temperature for 24 hours on magnetic stirrers and temperature equilibrated for an additional 24 hours in a constant temperature water bath. After equilibrium was obtained aliquots of saturated solution were removed and diluted quantitatively for spectrophotometric analysis at 254 nm.</method>
